Accreditation Specialist-MED (Full Time)
Help enhance the lives of persons served as a team member of CARF, an international accreditor of health and human services. Work with organizations, surveyors, and other stakeholders in all phases of the accreditation process, including consultation and standards interpretation, education, and standards development. Degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, nursing, or related medical rehabilitation field plus 5 years experience in the delivery/management of rehabilitation services required. Candidate should have a strong customer service focus, effective communication skills, and knowledge of accreditation processes and quality frameworks. Accreditation Specialist-Aging Services (Full Time)
Interested in a unique professional position to collaborate with providers throughout the country to increase the quality of aging service programs they deliver? Become part of the CARF team in Washington, D.C. involved with accreditation and quality of aging service programs internationally. Work with aging services provider organizations and surveyors in all phases of the accreditation process including consultation and standards interpretation, training, presentations, standards development, and written communications. Bachelor’s degree related to the aging services field required plus 5 years experience in delivery of direct services or management in the aging services field. Knowledge of CARF and/or CARF-CCAC accreditation processes a plus. Competitive pay structure and excellent benefits. Casual, yet professional, work environment.
