    Moral owners: Persons served (the primary consumers of services, who may be classified as clients, participants, or residents. When these persons are unable to exercise self-representation at any point in the decision-making process, persons served is interpreted to also refer to those persons willing, able, and legally authorized to make decisions on behalf of the primary consumer).

    Revenue sources: Survey fees from applicant service providers, registration fees from seminars and conferences, sales of publications, contributions from International Advisory Council (IAC) members, grants from public and private agencies
