Search for organizations with CARF-accredited programs
To search for a CARF-accredited provider, the name of a Program and a U.S.
state, Canadian province, or other country are required fields below. (If you
prefer, you may request a list of accredited providers in your region by
e-mail.)
Specialty programs (Amputation, Brain Injury, Dementia, Pediatric, Spinal Cord, or Stroke Specialty Programs)
accredited after June 30, 2008, will not appear in the provider search. While we work on resolving this system issue,
please contact specialty@carf.org for a complete list of specialty programs.
