CARF regional trainings
These innovative, two-day trainings are presented by CARF staff, surveyors, and accredited service providers that have successfully applied the CARF standards.
Each comprehensive training consists of a full review of the program standards for Behavioral Health and Child and Youth Services and an in-depth discussion of CARF's ASPIRE to Excellence® quality framework. Many sessions cover standards for Opioid Treatment Programs, servicing addiction and substance abuse, as well.
These trainings also highlight frequently missed standards and present participants with valuable perspectives and practical examples of conformance from CARF-accredited service providers.
You will be involved in a hands-on exercise to identify and develop performance improvement measures.
For persons new to the CARF accreditation process, a pre-training is offered the afternoon prior to the regional training session. The pre-training will review the steps to accreditation and provide helpful hints for accreditation readiness.
All presentations and materials are provided in English.
