To help enhance communications and promote engagement with patients, Crossroads Treatment Centers implemented their Text the Owner program. With the Text the Owner program, a direct number to the owner’s cell phone is displayed on posters throughout each location. Patients or their representatives are encouraged to use the number to submit feedback. A third-party service hides the source number of text messages.
