Aging Services Managing Director (Full Time)
Join the team at CARF International, an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services worldwide. The Managing Director of Aging Services is responsible for driving industry account growth and retention in the United States, Canada, and internationally (as appropriate); providing industry expertise and guidance in the development of standards; creating and conducting presentations on topics including standards, the CARF accreditation model, and accreditation services; cultivating relationships with stakeholders and key industry influencers, including regulators, insurers, associations; representing CARF at state/regional/national/international conventions, conferences, and association meetings. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate has experience in health and human service programs and has held key positions in one or more of the following aging services program areas: assisted living, Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), dementia care, and independent senior living. Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of CARF’s mission and peer-review accreditation model. Extensive travel is required. This position requires a Master’s degree and a minimum of ten years of progressively higher level managerial experience in the aging services field. Advanced degree and bi-lingual preferred. Opioid Treatment Program Resource Specialist (Full Time)
Become part of the CARF International team involved with accreditation of quality opioid treatment programs. Work with organizations and surveyors in all phases of the accreditation process, including consultation and standards interpretation. This position requires a Master’s degree in rehabilitation services, social services, or a related field and two years of direct service delivery experience or management in an opioid treatment program; or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and five years relevant experience. Knowledge of CARF accreditation processes and experience in behavioral healthcare strongly preferred. Competitive pay structure and excellent benefits. EOE/Disability/Vet.
