Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Full Time)
Become part of the CARF International team, promoting quality improvement of providers around the world, as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in the organization by providing accounts receivable services (invoicing sales and services; processing orders; and handling cash, check, and credit card deposits). This position also has the responsibility of providing customer support and services; assisting customers with placing orders and resolving issues; correcting invoice discrepancies; and maintaining, reconciling, and replenishing petty cash. A high school diploma (or equivalent) or an Associate’s degree in a related field, and a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in business or accounting are required. Computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, including Excel) is also required. Knowledge and experience with Dynamics-SL accounting systems (formerly Solomon) is a plus.
