Role and Function
Survey for Case Managers
The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) asks you to participate
in a study to identify the essential activities and knowledge (roles and functions)
that are important for competent performance of professionals working as case
managers across the health and human service continuum. The results of the
survey will be used to revalidate and/or update the certification examination
for the Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential. CCMC will make the results
of this research available to participating organizations and professional
bodies, which may use them in the development and review of standards. To
participate, open http://vovici.com/wsb.dll/s/12d9g3dc65.
The study will close on July 13, 2009. CCMC is offering 4 CEUs for participation.
